Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 4 cups flour
- 1 ½ packets of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1 cup of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the cherries, desiccated coconut, and cream. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Arrange the cherries on top and sprinkle with desiccated coconut. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Pour the cream over the hot cake and let it cool.
