Buttermilk drink with cress

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ¼ bunch radishes
  • ¼ bowl of cress
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash and trim the radishes and chop them very finely. Cut the cress from the bed with scissors. Season the buttermilk with salt and pepper, stir in the cress and radishes. Pour into a jar and sprinkle with pepper if desired.
