Buttermilk – that’s why it’s good for digestion
More than 100 years ago, scientists discovered that buttermilk has a positive effect on health. For a long time, it was only considered a waste product until resourceful farmers discovered that the rest of the milk liquid can still be put to good use. It is also said to help with digestion.
