Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 250 ml juice (fruit juice), red
- 3 sheets of red gelatin
- 3 sheets of white gelatin
- 125 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine buttermilk and fruit juice, season with sugar, and gently stir in the dissolved gelatin. Pour into glasses, let it set, and serve with cream or vanilla sauce.
