Buttermilk Kiwi Drink

Ingredients
 

  • 500 ml 1 cup of buttermilk with 1% fat
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 piece Kiwis (Zespri-SunGold / contain a lot of vitamin C)
  • 10 g 1 piece of ginger peeled
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the kiwi fruit. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice with a lemon squeezer. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Put all ingredients (lemon juice, kiwi cubes, ginger cubes, 1 tablespoon of liquid honey and 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric) in a blender and mix well with a hand blender. Fill up with the buttermilk (500 ml), mix again briefly, fill into glasses and refrigerate until consumption.
