- 2 Pc. Kiwi
- 2 Pc. Small bananas
- 300 ml Coconut water
- 200 ml Apple juice naturally cloudy without sugar
- 6 leaves Basil
- 8 leaves Lemon balm
- Possibly a squirt of lemon juice
- Puree all peeled ingredients together in a blender until creamy. Depending on whether you want a thick or thin shake, add more or less of the specified liquid.
- You can also puree half an avocado or half a cucumber. Tastes best ice-cold.
