Drink: Healthy Coconut, Banana and Kiwi Shake

The perfect drink: healthy coconut, banana and kiwi shake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pc. Kiwi
  • 2 Pc. Small bananas
  • 300 ml Coconut water
  • 200 ml Apple juice naturally cloudy without sugar
  • 6 leaves Basil
  • 8 leaves Lemon balm
  • Possibly a squirt of lemon juice
  1. Puree all peeled ingredients together in a blender until creamy. Depending on whether you want a thick or thin shake, add more or less of the specified liquid.
  2. You can also puree half an avocado or half a cucumber. Tastes best ice-cold.
