Spicy Minced Meat Pot

The perfect spicy minced meat pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Fresh minced beef
  • 2 piece Diced potatoes
  • 3 piece Diced red skinned tomato
  • 0,5 piece Red peeled peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,75 liter Beef broth
  • 2 piece Red chilli pepper, finely chopped without seeds
  • 1 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 3 piece Spring onions fresh, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Seasonal herbs finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Minced meat spice see my KB
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  1. Sauté the onions, potatoes and peppers in the oil. add the minced meat and fry until brown. Now chilli, garlic, tomatoes and spring onions are added and fried for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, I lightly roasted the tomato paste in a saucepan, then the mustard is added and the broth is poured on.
  3. Put the minced meat vegetables from the pan into the pot and simmer everything together for about 30 minutes. Then add the herbs and season to taste. We had vegetable rice tossed in curry butter with it.
