Buttermilk soup with noodles

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter buttermilk
  • 100 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  • n. B. sugar
  • ½ pack of pudding powder (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring the buttermilk, noodles, and sugar to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Mix the custard powder with a little cold water and stir into the boiling soup. Serve warm or cold, depending on your taste. Tip: You can also replace the noodles with rice pudding or, once the soup is ready, add semolina dumplings.
