Buttermilk-vanilla cold soup

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 200 g vanilla yogurt
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 pack of no-cook vanilla sauce powder
  • n. B. Lemon balm, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Split the powdered sugar and vanilla pods and scrape out the seeds. Blend the buttermilk with yogurt, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla seeds, and sauce powder using a hand blender and chill. Stir in the lemon balm before serving. This can be served with many different fruits or fruit compotes.
