Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small butternut squash
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 small onion(s)
- some herbs of Provence
- some oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 small can of tomato paste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the butternut squash. Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown both in a pan with a little oil. Then add the minced meat and season with salt, pepper, and Herbes de Provence. Once the minced meat is almost cooked, add the tomato paste. Simmer briefly and then serve.
