Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • salt water
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Oil
  • 400 g Cabanossi
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g processed cheese with salami

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Slice the Cabanossi diagonally. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut into pieces, and halve the tomatoes. Fry the Cabanossi without oil, then remove. Fry the zucchini in the frying fat, then remove. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the pasta briefly. Add the Cabanossi, zucchini, and tomatoes, deglaze with stock, and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and melt. Season with salt and pepper. If you don’t like Cabanossi, you can also use ham sausages.
