Cabanossi soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 large onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 small cans of mushrooms
  • 4 Cabanossi
  • 2 class can/n tomatoes (Pizza tomatoes)
  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 6 spring onions
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and finely chop the onions, peel and press the garlic. Slice the Cabanossi and spring onions. Gently heat the water and stir in the instant broth. Heat the oil and sauté the onions and garlic. Sauté the Cabanossi, add the pizza tomatoes, and deglaze everything with the vegetable broth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and simmer gently for about 20 minutes. Add the mushrooms and spring onions for the last 5 minutes. Season to taste and serve with baguette.
