Cabbage and minced meat casserole with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small pointed cabbage
  • 200 g minced meat, e.g. mixed
  • 300 g tagliatelle, wide
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 cube of beef broth, instant
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp sauce thickener

Cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Thinly slice or grate the cabbage. Brown the minced meat in a little oil or clarified butter, then gradually stir in the cabbage. Then pour in the water and stock cube. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180°C. When the pasta is ready, stir it into the cabbage and minced meat mixture and stir in the crème fraîche. Thicken with the sauce thickener. Season with salt and pepper and pour into a large casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 20 minutes.
