Cabbage Casserole Weight Watchers

- 3 Carrots
- 1 Apple
- 1 packet Sauerkraut
- 500 g Quark lean
- 2 Corners Processed cheese
- 1 bunch Chives
- 6 Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- Peel and chop the carrots and apples. Boil, peel and slice potatoes.
- Steam the carrots with a little broth in a saucepan until soft. Add sauerkraut and cook 3min. let simmer.
- Mix the quark, processed cheese and chives rings and season well. Add the apple to the cabbage mixture and sauté briefly.
- Mix the potatoes and cabbage in a baking dish. Spread the quark on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. At 200 degrees approx. 40 minutes. to bake.
