Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 anchovies
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve with the salad. For a classic Caesar salad, use romaine lettuce, croutons, and shaved Parmesan cheese. The salad can be complemented with turkey strips, salmon fillet, or schnitzel—the sky’s the limit.
