Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, untreated, finely grated
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper, black coarsely ground
- 2 tsp fresh, chopped dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the lemon juice and zest. Slowly add the olive oil, whisking continuously until the sauce is creamy. Then stir in the pepper and dill.
