Caesar-style pasta salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 anchovies
  • some parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 300g farfalle
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g leaf spinach
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g Parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 250 g bacon, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions and then let it cool. Dice the onions and fry them in a pan with the bacon. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and chop the spinach leaves as desired. Place the pasta, onions, bacon, tomatoes, and spinach in a bowl. For the dressing, puree the anchovies, yogurt, oil, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce with an immersion blender until the anchovies are chopped. Add the Parmesan cheese and season with garlic powder, parsley, pepper, and a little salt, if desired. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix well. Sprinkle with coarsely grated Parmesan cheese to serve.
