Caesar’s Salad Special
The perfect caesar’s salad special recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing:
- 2 tbsp Aioli without egg No. 2, see my KB
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Garlic pepper, see my KB
- 1 Splash Vinegar
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
Salad:
- 0,5 smaller Iceberg lettuce
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 Red Pointed peppers
- 1 Carrot
- 6 Mushrooms brown
- 2 thin slices Smoked bacon
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 300 g Turkey breast
- Knobipfeffer from my KB
- Seasoned salt from my KB
- Paprika powder
- Rapeseed oil
- Pluck iceberg lettuce, pluck rocket stalks and wash and spin both. Chop the peppers, remove the core, wash and cut into rings. Peel and wash the carrot and cut it into slices with the knife. Clean and quarter the mushrooms.
- Heat a pan and fry the bacon slices until crispy. Place on a paper towel. In the same pan, fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat and then set aside. Then fry the turkey steaks in the same pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes on each side until crispy. In the meantime, boil the eggs for 5 minutes until they are waxy and quench.
- Divide the ice lettuce, rocket, pepper rings and carrot slices on 2 plates. Label the mushroom quarters over it. Put the steaks next to it, peel the eggs, tear open a little and add them. Pour salad sauce over it, spread Parmesan flakes, bacon over it and serve immediately!
- Fresh bread or baguette goes well with it. With us LOW CARB without anything! Wasn’t even necessary in my opinion! 😀
