Aioli without Egg – No. 2
The perfect aioli without egg – no. 2 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 100 ml Milk
- 3 Garlic cloves pressed
- 3 Salt and pepper from the mill
- 200 ml Rapeseed oil
- 0,5 Lemon fruit juice
- 1 Splash Vinegar
- Put the milk and garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir in the oil with the hand blender and puree everything until it is creamy.
- Then season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and vinegar and season to taste! 🙂
- Goes well with grilled food, fish, in salad dressings, fondue …
