Ingredients
 

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 3 Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 200 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 Lemon fruit juice
  • 1 Splash Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Put the milk and garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir in the oil with the hand blender and puree everything until it is creamy.
  • Then season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and vinegar and season to taste! 🙂
  • Goes well with grilled food, fish, in salad dressings, fondue ...
