Aioli without Egg – No. 2

The perfect aioli without egg – no. 2 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 Garlic cloves pressed
  • 3 Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 200 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 0,5 Lemon fruit juice
  • 1 Splash Vinegar
  1. Put the milk and garlic in a mixing bowl. Stir in the oil with the hand blender and puree everything until it is creamy.
  2. Then season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and vinegar and season to taste! 🙂
