Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 ml condensed milk, sweetened
- 500 ml strong coffee
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 8 cl sherry
- 4 tsp dark chocolate, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the condensed milk in a saucepan and stir in the cocoa powder and sugar one at a time until the cocoa is completely dissolved. Stir the freshly brewed coffee and sherry into the cocoa milk and bring to a boil again. Pour into 4 mugs and garnish with chocolate shavings. Also suitable as a dessert.
