Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 450 ml coffee, freshly brewed
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 6 cl rum, white
  • 3 tsp lime juice
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 2 slice(s) lime(s), for decoration
  • Coffee powder, for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the coffee and powdered sugar thoroughly, then chill. Add the rum and lime juice and pour into glasses. Whip the cream and gently spread it with a spoon. To decorate, lightly dust the edges of the lime slices with coffee powder and place them on the rim of the glass.
