Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp garlic granules
- ½ tsp lemon peel, dried
- 3 tbsp onion(s), dried
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp coriander
- 2 mace
- 5 tbsp yellow mustard seeds
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp ginger, crushed
- 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp all-spice
- 1 tbsp cumin
- ¾ tbsp black peppercorns
- ½ tsp caraway seeds
- 5 tbsp fenugreek
- ½ tsp cardamom
- ¼ tsp vanilla powder
- 1 cm cinnamon stick
- ½ tsp clove(s), whole
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, smoked or sweet
- 2 tbsp parsley, dried
- 2 tbsp chives, dried
- 2 tbsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- 2 tbsp dill, dried
- 2 tbsp tarragon, dried

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
for dip and butter
Finely grind the garlic granules to cloves, then add the turmeric. Lightly grind all the herbs and add them. The salt quantity was intentionally omitted because not everyone likes the same amount of salt. Add more salt to your own taste. Let the mixture sit with butter, sour cream, etc., for at least half an hour to allow the flavor to develop.
