Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 lime(s), untreated
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml cachaça
  • 5 tbsp brown cane sugar
  • 1 liter white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine
  • Ice, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, rinse the limes with hot water. Then, squeeze the limes into the punch bowl. Add the vanilla sugar and cane sugar to the limes and squeeze the limes again with a muddler. Pour in the cachaça and stir well. Let the mixture steep for about 15 minutes. Finally, add the white wine. Just before serving, add the sparkling wine and ice cubes to the bowl.
