Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 40 g cane sugar
- 2 limes, juice
- 5 cl cachaça
- 2 dl white wine, e.g. Nava Real
- ¼ lime(s), sliced
- Cane sugar, as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Lime punch
Caramelize the cane sugar in a stainless steel pan over low heat, then remove from the heat. Carefully add the lime juice and let the caramel melt back on the heat. Add the cachaça, white wine, and lime slices. Bring to a boil briefly, season with cane sugar to taste, and serve.
