  • 1 tsp smoked salt (hickory smoked salt, otherwise sea salt, freshly ground)
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp pepper, green, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp onion(s), ground and dried
  • 2 tsp garlic, roasted and dried
  • 3 tsp chili flakes, or as needed
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
