- 6 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- Ham, as desired
- some butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp curry powder
Instructions

Finely dice the onion. Heat the butter in a pan, add the diced onion, and sauté until translucent. Meanwhile, dice the ham as needed, then add it to the diced onion and fry. Finely dice the tomatoes and add them to the diced onion and ham, frying briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan, stirring to combine. Finally, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
