Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ½ tbsp thyme, dried
- ½ tbsp black pepper, ground
- ½ tbsp onion powder or onion salt
- ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tbsp cumin powder, can be omitted
- 1 tbsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet or hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
perfect with meat dishes if you like it a little spicier
Mix all ingredients and grind with a stone mortar and pestle; alternatively, you can use a coffee grinder. The spice mix will keep for several months in an old glass jar with a screw cap.
