Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tbsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tbsp black pepper, ground
  • ½ tbsp onion powder or onion salt
  • ½ tbsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tbsp cumin powder, can be omitted
  • 1 tbsp marjoram, dried
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet or hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

perfect with meat dishes if you like it a little spicier

Mix all ingredients and grind with a stone mortar and pestle; alternatively, you can use a coffee grinder. The spice mix will keep for several months in an old glass jar with a screw cap.
