Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 50 g marzipan – raw mass (or a little more)
- 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together the fat, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Add the eggs. Stir in the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Mix in the bitter almond oil and crushed marzipan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 15-20 minutes. Tastes much better than a regular pie crust!
