Cake: Coconut Flake Cake

  • 4 medium sized Eggs
  • 185 g Vegan butter
  • 180 g Powdered sugar
  • 180 g *************
  • 85 g Coarse desiccated coconut
  • 110 g Food starch
  • 1 packet Tartar baking powder
  • 80 g Spelled flour
  • 80 g *************
  • 80 g Brush oil
  1. Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and melted butter until frothy.
  2. Add desiccated coconut, cornstarch, baking powder and spelled flour and mix everything well with the hand mixer.
  3. Brush a mold well with oil, pour the dough in and bake the cake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) at 170 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely in the tin and cut with the coffee.
