Cake: Coconut Flake Cake

- 4 medium sized Eggs
- 185 g Vegan butter
- 180 g Powdered sugar
- 180 g *************
- 85 g Coarse desiccated coconut
- 110 g Food starch
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 80 g Spelled flour
- 80 g *************
- 80 g Brush oil
- Beat the eggs with the powdered sugar and melted butter until frothy.
- Add desiccated coconut, cornstarch, baking powder and spelled flour and mix everything well with the hand mixer.
- Brush a mold well with oil, pour the dough in and bake the cake in a preheated oven (200 degrees) at 170 degrees for about 45 to 50 minutes.
- Let cool completely in the tin and cut with the coffee.
