Homemade baking mix, perfect for gifting

You need an empty milk bottle (1 liter) with the largest opening possible. A funnel makes filling easier. Mix the baking powder with baking soda, salt, and flour. Mix the cinnamon with the brown sugar. Fill the bottle with the ingredients, making sure there are different colored layers. I divided the flour mixture into two parts. Between each layer, tap the bottom of the bottle repeatedly so that the layers become firmer and do not mix easily afterwards. Important: The bottle must be filled to the brim with the ingredients. With the baking instructions below, which you can either attach to the neck of the bottle as a tag or write directly on the bottle, you can then give the mixture as a gift. Baking instructions: Before baking, add: 1 1/2 cups buttermilk 2 large eggs 1/4 cup melted butter Mix everything well with the contents of the bottle in a bowl. Then bake in a loaf pan for 50 minutes at 185 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
