Cake in Glass: Blueberry and Chocolate Cake

- 200 g Soft butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 75 g Food starch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Zest of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 g Blueberries
- 50 g Chocolate chips or grated chocolate, dark
- Grease glasses thoroughly. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy, stir in the eggs one by one. Add lemon zest and juice. Mix in flour, cornstarch and baking powder and stir in. Finally fold in the blueberries and chocolate.
- Pour into the glasses. If these are to be closed afterwards, fill them at most half full. Bake for 35 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius. Make a chopstick test. Pour boiling water over the rubber ring, place it on the lid, put it on immediately and fix it with the clamps. Lasts about 4 weeks.
