Cake Kit – Quick Easy Buttercream

- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 packet Pudding powder
- 1 tbsp Hardened coconut oil
- 250 g Butter
- Pudding powder can be used whatever you want, chocolate, vanilla, caramel, strawberry, pistachio etc.
- Beat part of the milk, sugar and custard powder until smooth.
- Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the pudding powder mixture and bring to the boil, then simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in the coconut oil until it has melted.
- Let the pudding cool while stirring several times. I usually put the pot in cold water so that it goes faster.
- In the meantime, whip the butter until creamy. When the custard has cooled, spoon by spoon the pudding into the butter stir.
- The buttercream is enough for one layer (or 2 thin layers) and the coating of the cake.
