Ingredients
 

  • 1 packet Vanilla flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 g Butter
  • 70 g Powdered sugar
  • Ground vanilla pod

Instructions
 

  • Cook the first packet of pudding according to the instructions on the packet (I used vanilla) and let it cool down well. Stir 250g butter (soft), ground vanilla pod (to taste) and 70g powdered sugar into the cold pudding.
  • I used this filling for my "Hello Kitty" cake. Great as "glue" for fondant.
  • I used the filling e.g. for this "Hello Kitty cake": Hello Kitty cake (oreo-vanilla cream)
