The perfect chocolate buttercream (cake filling) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Chocolate-Flavored cooking pudding powder
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 70 g Powdered sugar
  • 250 g Soft butter
  1. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions with milk and sugar and leave to cool. Now stir in the powdered sugar and butter.
  1. I used it for a “Star Wars cake”. The cream is perfect as an adhesive for fondant.
