Chocolate Buttercream (cake Filling)
The perfect chocolate buttercream (cake filling) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Chocolate-Flavored cooking pudding powder
- 500 ml Milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 70 g Powdered sugar
- 250 g Soft butter
- Prepare the pudding according to the instructions with milk and sugar and leave to cool. Now stir in the powdered sugar and butter.
- I used it for a “Star Wars cake”. The cream is perfect as an adhesive for fondant.
