Cake: Strawberry Cake
The perfect cake: strawberry cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Red cake topping
- 250 ml Strawberry juice
- 80 g Sugar
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 pack Cream pudding powder
- 1 middle Finished sponge cake base
- 500 g Fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp Sugar
Preparation:
- Place the sponge cake base on a cake plate. Clean, wash and drain the strawberries. Add 80 g of sugar and set aside for some time to draw the juice.
For covering:
- Put 2,250 ml of milk in a mixing beaker, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and custard powder and whisk. Heat 250 ml milk, stir in the pudding milk and briefly bring to the boil. Remove from heat and let cool a little while stirring.
- Spread the cooled cream pudding on the cake base.
- Drain the sugared strawberries in a colander, collecting the juice.
- Cover the cake base with pudding with the strawberries.
For the cast:
- Add 250 ml of water to the strawberry juice and prepare the icing according to the instructions on the package. Then pour the icing evenly over the strawberries and let them set.
Tip:
- It is best to put it in a cool place for a while!
