Cake: Walnut Cremefraiche Waffles

- 250 g Spelled flour
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 150 g Yogurt
- 80 g Walnuts
- 3 Separate eggs
- 4 El Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 250 ml Milk
- 0,5 Pck Baking powder
- Mix the creme fraiche with the yoghurt. Add the egg yolks. Mix flour with baking powder.
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Grind the walnuts in a blender.
- Now mix all ingredients together except for the beaten egg white. Let rest for 20 minutes then fold in the beaten egg white and bake in a buttered waffle iron, the dough makes about 12 waffles.
