Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cheese (goat cheese)
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g currants
  • 150 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese (Gruyere), grated

Cut the goat cheese into small pieces, chop the nuts, and soak the currants in warm water. Combine the flour and baking powder in a bowl, add the eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Gradually stir in the oil, warm milk, and Gruyère cheese. Add the goat cheese, nuts, and drained currants and mix well. Pour the dough into an ungreased baking dish and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
