American cheesecake cup cake (with chocolate crunch and orange cream)

  • 100 g Cornflakes
  • 50 g Liquid cover door
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 4 Pc. Cup cake molds
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 Pc. Zest of the orange
  • 1 Pc. Lemon pulp

Lollipops from the filled date

  • 4 Pc. Date
  • 100 g Couverture
  • Pecans
  • Rose water
  • 80 g Marzipan
  • Almonds roasted in sticks

Honey fruit slices

  • 150 g Dried fruit
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • Wafers
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Pc. Zest of a lemon
  • Splash of orange juice
  • Chopped hazelnuts

  1. Mix the couverture with the cornflakes and the tablespoon of powdered sugar and pour into the mold. To let it cool down. Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the crunch. Chill and decorate with orange fillets.

Lollipops from the filled date

  1. Knead coarsely chopped pecans with marzipan and rose water, divide and fill into the dates. Fold up and pull through the tempered couverture. Sprinkle with the donated almonds.

Honey fruit slices

  1. Finely chop the dried fruits and mix with the honey, hazelnuts, a dash of orange juice and zest from the organic lemon. Season with cinnamon and, if necessary, thicken with oat flakes. Spread on the wafers, fold shut and cut open.
