Cakepops with Fruit Skewers

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 150 g Couverture
  • Powdered sugar
  • 10 Pc. Mint leaves
  1. Crumble the Wienerboden very finely, mix with mascarpone and form small balls with your hands. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate icing in the water bath and decorate the balls with it. Decorate a plate with powdered sugar, decorate the edge of the plate with fresh mint leaves and serve the fruit skewers and cake pops on top.
