Cakepops with Fruit Skewers

- 400 g Viennese cake base
- 125 g Mascarpone
- 250 g Strawberries
- 100 g Blueberries
- 150 g Couverture
- Powdered sugar
- 10 Pc. Mint leaves
- Crumble the Wienerboden very finely, mix with mascarpone and form small balls with your hands. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Melt the chocolate icing in the water bath and decorate the balls with it. Decorate a plate with powdered sugar, decorate the edge of the plate with fresh mint leaves and serve the fruit skewers and cake pops on top.
