Cake's kissed baked apple

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large apple
  • 3 tbsp quark (low-fat quark)
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp nuts, chopped or brittle
  • 1 piece(s) of confectionery (Ferrero Küsschen)
  • n. B. Honey
  • e.g. butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

my delicious version of the baked apple

Core the large apple and hollow it out slightly. Mix the quark with the cinnamon, honey, and nuts. Then fill the apple with the filling. Stuff the top with a Ferrero Küsschen. Drizzle with honey and/or spread with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Serve hot. It goes well with quark or ice cream. Tip: To decorate, I place the apple on a dessert plate and then drizzle melted chocolate in thin threads over the apple and the plate.
