Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean the vegetables and cut them into strips and sticks, if desired. Cook the mie noodles according to the package instructions and set aside. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté the vegetables in the frying fat, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add the stock, wait a moment, and then deglaze with a little water. Cook until al dente. Add the garlic and ginger using a garlic press. Mix the natural yogurt with the curry paste and sambal oelek, then add the meat. Add the minced meat. Season to taste with soy sauce and spices, if desired. Stir in the mie noodles and heat gently. Do not boil, or the yogurt will curdle. Add chopped coriander leaves at the end (but this is not necessary) and serve immediately. Tip: This dish is also delicious with green curry paste and green bell pepper.
