  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 50 g Melt butter
  • 300 ml Milk
  • 1 shot Natural carbonated mineral water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Homemade plum-ginger honey

  • 250 g Prunes
  • 50 g Ginger
  • 500 g Honey
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and stir to form a smooth dough. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry thin crepes in portions.
  1. For the plum-ginger-honey, mix the plums and ginger with the honey and puree everything.
  1. Place the crepes on the plates and fill with the plum-ginger honey.
