Cakes with Filling

- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 50 g Melt butter
- 300 ml Milk
- 1 shot Natural carbonated mineral water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
Homemade plum-ginger honey
- 250 g Prunes
- 50 g Ginger
- 500 g Honey
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and stir to form a smooth dough. Melt 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry thin crepes in portions.
- For the plum-ginger-honey, mix the plums and ginger with the honey and puree everything.
- Place the crepes on the plates and fill with the plum-ginger honey.
