Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg squid(s), ready to cook
- 60 g flour, wheat flour
- 1 liter olive oil, for frying
- Salt
- Lemon(s) – wedges
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rinse the squid under cold running water, pat dry, and cut into rings. Coat the fish pieces in flour. Shake off any excess flour. Heat oil and deep-fry the rings. Drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with salt. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.
