Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 bananas
  • 4 tbsp pineapple pieces (can)
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 cl Maraschino

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Peel and core the apples, cut them into thin slices, and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Peel the oranges and slice or wedge them. Slice the peeled bananas. Drain the pineapple, blanch the raisins, and drain. Mix the fruit well. Mix the condensed milk with the vanilla sugar, pour over the mixture, and drizzle with liqueur. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
