Pizza with crème fraîche and minced meat

Heat the water, milk, olive oil, salt, and sugar in a small saucepan. Crumble the yeast into a large bowl and add the lukewarm water-milk mixture, whisking with a fork until the yeast has dissolved. Now add the flour and knead well until the dough is no longer sticky and has a soft consistency. The amount of flour is approximate, as I add enough flour until it is no longer sticky. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour, until it has visibly risen. Knead again shortly before preparation. I have enough dough for 3 baking sheets. Topping: Mix the crème fraîche with about 2 teaspoons of pizza seasoning. Briefly fry the minced meat in a pan with a little olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and chili to taste. Finely slice the onion and mushrooms. Spread the crème fraîche over the dough and top with the minced meat, onion, and mushrooms. Sprinkle some cheese over it and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 20 minutes.
