Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 m.-sized apples
  • 50 g raisins
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 700 ml Calvados

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and core the apples, cut them into rings, and cook them in lemon water until slightly soft. Layer them with the raisins in a jar. Measure 1/8 liter of lemon water, add sugar, and boil for 4-5 minutes until a sugar solution forms. Pour the solution over the apple rings and add enough Calvados to cover them. Close the jar tightly and let it steep for about 4 weeks.
