Camembert in beer batter with cranberry cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml beer
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Flour
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 small jar of cranberries
  • 2 Camembert(s), oval

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the beer and egg and add enough flour to form a thick batter. Place the Camembert in the batter. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and mix with the cranberries. Deep-fry the Camembert for 5 minutes. Serve with the cranberry cream and toasted toast.
