Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of bread (grain bread)
  • 80 g Camembert(s), soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slice(s) Lyoner (Paprikalyoner)
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 slice(s) cheese, to taste
  • 6 slice(s) of cucumber(s), organic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • Chili flakes, from the mill
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 27 minutes

Singles Dinner No. 158

Toast the slices of grain bread and place them on a plate. Spread the soft Camembert on both slices. Place one slice of Lyoner cheese on each slice of bread. Peel the onion, slice it into rings, and arrange it on top of the sausage. Place three cucumber slices on each slice of bread, season with salt and pepper. Cover the cucumber slices with the cheese. Heat fat in a pan over medium heat, fry two fried eggs, and season in the pan. Place a fried egg on each slice of cheese, garnish, and serve. The cucumber slices give it a nice crunch. The cheese melts pleasantly from the hot fried eggs.
