- 2 small camemberts, 125 g each
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 points bacon
- 1 egg(s)
- n. B. spice(s)
- e.g. breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine the ground beef with the egg and spices, then thicken with breadcrumbs. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and flatten on a work surface. Place the Camembert on top and cover with the ground beef. Place the loaves in a greased baking dish and wrap in bacon. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with a vegetable stir-fry.
