  • 1 piece(s) of puff pastry (mini croustade or ragout cup)
  • 2 leaves of arugula
  • 1 piece(s) black pudding
  • Parmesan
  • Mustard, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Greetings from the kitchen with black pudding

Top the mini croustade or ragout cup with the arugula, leaving some of the leaves sticking out at the edges. Then cut out a piece of black pudding the size of the mini croustade and place it on the arugula. Spread with a little sweet mustard and sprinkle with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. I serve this greeting from the kitchen on an amuse-bouche spoon.
